Trained through Vanderbilt University Medical Center and in Traditional Chinese Medicine and women’s health, Kira blends evidence-informed care with therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and traditional healing principles, meeting you where you are in your current health and supporting you on your journey where you want to go.

Yoga therapy is the personalized application of yoga practices to support specific physical or mental health concerns.

Meet Kira Whitaker

Kira founded Arden Yoga & Wellness over a decade ago to create the kind of therapeutic space she once searched for herself — one rooted in deep body awareness and comprehensive wellness support. As an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and former nurse with specialized training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and women’s health, she brings a rare depth of clinical insight and integrative expertise to her work.
